Cheston Vision Statement: As a community school, we at Ada B. Cheston Elementary value the diverse background of all of our students and staff and promise to build success in Kindergarten and beyond. Accredited by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools, the Easton Area School District provides quality education for more than 9200 students from five municipalities with a wide socio-economic range. The Easton Area School District encompasses the City of Easton, Forks Township, Palmer Township, and a portion of Lower Mount Bethel Township. The district includes seven elementary schools, one middle school, one high school and a cyber education program. Cheston Elementary School serves students in grades K through 5 from Easton's South Side. Lehigh Valley Children's Centers provides before and after school child care for the Easton Area School District elementary schools and the middle school. Extended Kindergarten care will also be provided for students at Forks, Palmer, Shawnee and Tracy Schools. Find more information on the LVCC website.
